Out-of-production boat parts, reprinted.
Your hull is unique. Its equipment is standard — and it can be reprinted.
Porthole handles, rings, caps, mounts, sliders: on a boat the parts that break are almost always standard components, fitted for forty years to the hulls of every yard. When the spare is out of production, we rebuild it from your broken original — in materials stable against UV and salt.
Compatible with components from
- Lewmar, Goiot, Gebo — hatches and portholes: handles, rings, hinges
- Plastimo, Osculati, Nuova Rade — light deck hardware and fittings
- Jabsco, Whale — pump and toilet components, never the parts under pressure
- Dometic / Isotherm, Thetford — onboard fridges and toilets
- Mainsail slides and wear parts
- Aqua Signal — navigation-light mounts and housings, never the homologated lenses.
Compatible parts, not original. No brand reproduced: only the function.
The typical cases
- The porthole handle that gave way to UV after twenty years of sun.
- The slider the yard no longer stocks and the dealer can't find.
- Wintering at Marina di Ragusa? The part ready before launch, without ordering from Northern Europe.
What we DON'T make
Nothing below the waterline, no through-hulls or seacocks, no steering gear or load-bearing rigging, never navigation-light lenses. When in doubt, we decline. And for hatches and portholes: no watertight guarantee — seals and fitting stay with the installer.
Materials for the sea
UV-stable ASA for everything that lives on deck; for mechanical parts, carbon-filled PA12 nylon — it absorbs very little water and stays stable even on board. Never PLA.
