Terms of sale

1. Seller

2. Subject matter

Additive manufacturing (3D printing) and sale of compatible spare parts and accessories, custom-made and from catalogue, for leisure vehicles, boats and other equipment. The parts are COMPATIBLE, NOT ORIGINAL; no affiliation with the manufacturers mentioned, whose trademarks belong to their respective owners.

3. Quotes and orders

Free quote from a photo or a scan; valid for 30 days. An order is confirmed in writing (email/message) with acceptance of these terms.

4. Prices

In euros, VAT not applicable (art. 293 B of the French CGI — franchise scheme). Any travel costs outside the local area and shipping costs are stated in the quote.

5. Lead times

Delivery target of 72 hours from confirmation and material availability; 24-hour express service with a 50 % surcharge. Lead times are indicative unless agreed in writing.

6. Delivery

Hand delivery by appointment (mobile service, no retail premises) or tracked shipping. Outside the EU: import duties and taxes are borne by the buyer. Risk passes on delivery.

7. Right of withdrawal

For EU consumers: 14 days for catalogue products. STATUTORY EXCEPTION: parts made to measure or personalised are excluded from the right of withdrawal (art. L221-28 of the French Consumer Code; Directive 2011/83/EU).

8. Legal warranties

The legal warranties of conformity and against hidden defects provided for by law apply.

9. Limits of use

Every part states its material and limits of use. No watertightness guarantee: seals and fitting are the installer's responsibility. No safety-critical component is produced or sold (gas, fuel, brakes, steering, structural parts, below the waterline, load-bearing hardware, homologated lights); RESTAMPO may refuse any such request.

10. Fitting

The service consists solely of dimensional survey and the manufacture of a custom-made component. It does not include any dismantling, fitting, replacement, modification, restoration or installation work on motor vehicles within the meaning of art. 1 of Italian Law no. 122 of 5 February 1992. The component is handed to the customer or to their repairer, who is responsible for fitting. Motorhomes, caravans and converted vans are motor vehicles within the meaning of this clause. For boats, which are not subject to that law, fitting is the responsibility of the customer or their installer, unless agreed in writing.

11. Customer parts

Parts entrusted for scanning or adaptation are kept with care for the time strictly necessary and returned on delivery.

12. Subcontracting

Some operations may be entrusted to qualified third parties; RESTAMPO remains the sole point of contact and remains liable to the customer.

13. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the price of the part; the consumer's mandatory rights and liability for personal injury remain unaffected.

14. Mediation and disputes

Consumers may refer to the consumer mediator indicated on request. Applicable law: French; the consumer's forum remains unaffected.
