From photo to spare part, in five steps.

No need to come to us: in most cases a photo and a padded envelope are enough.

1. Write to us

A sharp photo of the whole part, one of the break point, a reference object (a coin, a ruler). If there's a code engraved on the part, photograph it: if the component is already known, the quote is immediate.

2. Quote

Free — we reply within 24 hours: quote or a few more questions.

3. Measuring, if needed

Usually the part travels by post: you send us the broken original, we measure it in controlled conditions and return it together with the new part — the original stays yours. If needed we come to you in the province of Ragusa: on-site measurement, the part stays with you. On boats we work aboard. On motor vehicles we neither remove nor refit anything: the part arrives already removed. Further away: post, prepaid return.

4. Print

We model the part to measure, in the right material, and print it. Every new geometry goes through a fitting test before delivery. Custom-made, ready in 72 hours from confirmation (indicative times — see the terms of sale); 24 h express with a 50% surcharge. Parts already developed ship at once: online catalogue coming soon.

5. Delivery

It goes back the way it came: by post, with your original, if you shipped it — by hand if we came to you.

We rebuild, we don't copy

From the worn part we work back to the nominal dimension: what the part was when new, not what it has become. And where it broke, we reinforce.

The right material

ASA for the sun, ABS for the cabin, carbon-filled nylon for mechanics, TPU for flexible parts. Never PLA.

Size

We print in a single block up to about 34 × 32 × 34 cm — almost all onboard and living-cell spares fit. For larger parts with no mechanical loads we assess, case by case, printing in several assembled sections.
