Hard-to-find camper parts, reprinted.
The part's discontinued, the maker won't answer, the trip won't wait: we remake it for you.
Most of the parts that break on a camper don't come from the vehicle but from about fifteen component makers — the same ones on hundreds of thousands of vehicles. When a series is discontinued, the €20 part becomes impossible to find and can put a €50,000 vehicle off the road. We start from your broken part, rebuild its geometry and reprint it in materials that stand up to sun and heat.
Compatible with components from
- Fiamma, Thule / Omnistor — awnings: winding handles, brackets, gears, caps and end pieces
- Dometic / Seitz — hinges, handles and small window spares, fridge components
- Thetford — toilet spares (caps, levers, mechanisms), service-door handles and hinges
- Zadi — locks and latches
- 40×40 roof hatches (Heki and compatible) — winding handles, handles, hinges and spares: never the whole dome
- Remis — handles and blind spares
- CBE — electrical plates and mounts.
Compatible parts, not original. No brand reproduced: only the function.
Bodywork and trim: even the manufacturer's own parts
Bodywork and trim parts, outside and in: side skirts, surrounds, grilles, small access flaps, mouldings and end pieces; cab and living-cell panels and finishes. When the part comes not from a component maker but from the vehicle manufacturer — Adria, Hymer, Laika, Knaus, Hobby, Rimor and others — the same rule applies: we rebuild it from your original. Even beyond the print size, in several assembled sections, when the part has no structural role; timescales agreed in the quote for multi-section work. Finish: black or white, ready to paint (other colours on request depending on the material). Never load-bearing parts, never safety parts.
The typical cases
- The series was dropped — the window hinge, the ten-year-old fridge flap, gone from the price lists.
- The part only comes in a kit — the €3 cog sold inside a €60 assembly.
- The maker no longer exists — locks and components from vanished brands.
Materials that take the sun
Inside a camper in summer, temperatures pass 80 °C: the PLA of hobby printers gives way at 55-60. We print in ASA and ABS — the families of the original components — and in carbon-filled nylon for mechanical parts.
